I am going to raise my hand and admit, I had never looked at the most stripped down, simplistic answer as to why Central Banks must print money.
There isn't enough currency to pay the outstanding liabilities. Duh
I can provide these "smart" sounding reason paths, sure, but..
"there are more claims for currency than there is currency"

T: So this is the BTC adoption curve?
M: No, these are just the current holders of .1-1.0 BTC
