Currently, UA is reviewing its relations with CN, and, in my opinion, the conditions have been created for the activation of economic and technological relations between UA and TW, which will be beneficial to both sides. 1/4
In a comment for CNA I suggested: a) to study in detail the promising areas for the development of cooperation in order to fill the intentions with specific content; b) to prepare roadmaps for the implementation of specific projects. 2/4

UA Deputy Foreign Minister @MelnykAndrij said that Ukrainian-Chinese relations are in a state of rethinking and Ukraine needs to build a new foreign policy strategy. This seems to be the first statement by a UA official about the need to recalibrate relations with China. 1/8
He said that CN's position cannot be called neutral, due to CN's vote in the UN against the resolutions on UA's sovereignty and territorial integrity. CN's position now does not become more favorable for UA. At the same time, it is important that it does not get worse.2/8

Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the first time condemned China's position, calling it "ambiguous", and acknowledged that communication channels with China do not work.
And this is the most dramatic change in Ukraine's rhetoric towards China.

MFA of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba in an interview answered the question of whether China supports Russia. /1
"China remains neutral for now. Politically, at the level of narratives, their interpretation of the causes of the war coincides. But on the level of practical support, that Russia craves, China is neutral and does not help us or Russia. This is as of now" /2

An interesting observation: China's narratives coincide in content and time with Russia's information-psychological operation /1
For example, now Russia, incl. with the help of its proxies, actively promotes theses about the need for a truce, incl. for the export of grain; exchange of Ukrainian territories for peace /2

1\ Another interesting comment by Zelensky onπ¨π³. Saying that it's very important to hold π·πΊaccountable for invading a neighboring country so that other countries don't do this, he said: "π¨π³ is now taking the position that it's normal to occupy the territory of other countries."
2\ My short comment:
It seems that the πΊπ¦ leadership has begun to gradually realize that π¨π³ position, despite its alleged neutrality, has signs of "tacit consent" to the violation of international law and π·πΊ war crimes in πΊπ¦;

1\ President Zelensky during the economic forum in Davos commented on Ukraine's attitude to π¨π³ position (I call it pro-π·πΊ neutrality) regarding the π·πΊ-πΊπ¦ war.
2\ Question from Moderator: π¨π³ gives support to π·πΊ, but reports show that there is not much material assistance. Can π¨π³ push π·πΊ to end the war?
