🚨 BOMBSHELL: @TrueTheVote's 2000 Mules data used is fundamentally flawed. Their alleged drop box locations were off by over a mile, meaning their geo-tracking of supposed "ballot trafficking mules" visiting drop boxes is completely invalid. 🧵

The evidence against Sidney Powell re: Coffee County is the SullivanStrickler deposition.
Other counties mentioned in the context of illegal forensic imaging:
- Antrim County, MI
- Wayne County, MI
- Clark County, NV
On or about the 7th day of May 2022, SIDNEY KATHERINE POWELL made at least one of the following false statements and representations in a sworn deposition with the United States House of Representatives Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol:
1. That she "didn't have any role in really setting up" efforts to access voting machines in Coffee County, Georgia, or Antrim County, Michigan;
2. That she was aware there was an "effort by some people" to get access to voting ' machines in Georgia but that she did not "know what happened with that" and did not "remember whether that was Rudy or other folks."
This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

🧵 When @DineshDSouza and True The Vote started making 2000 Mules, the ONLY 'evidence' they had about the Nov 2020 election was Fulton County, Georgia, drop box video and Atlanta analysis from the 2021 RUNOFF election.

Dinesh D'Souza: You sent me a screenshot, Catherine, where you were requesting video. And I believe it was the state of Georgia saying "this video does not exist, and we can't tell you why it doesn't exist."
Catherine Engelbrecht: Right. That was in Fulton County.

Seen vs. narrated ballot counts in 2000 Mules
How many ballots do you SEE?
"About 50 ballots checked for fingerprints, which were inconclusive"
Q: You see Ruby Freeman take [ballots] off the scanner after scanning them?
Deputy Chief of Investigations: They're not tabulated. You have to push a button to accept. She never did that. Jams up. She never pushed accept. She reloads them & does it again. voterga.org/wp-content/upl…
Ruby Freeman was interviewed by the GBI, FBI and the Secretary of State's office the day the Rudy Giuliani disinformation video came out.

Even though an investigation of drop box video used in 2000 Mules found that Mark Andrews was legally delivering ballots for his family, @GAballots, @DineshDSouza, @charliekirk11, True The Vote, Salem Media & Regnery continue to show the drop box video while promoting 2000 Mules.
The timeline shows when the drop box video of Mark Andrews was used as an example of illegal behaviour when 2000 Mules was mentioned.
Dinesh, his media company, Catherine, Gregg, True The Vote, Salem Media and Regnery Publishing received letters from Mark's attorneys in October.

Regnery, the publisher of @DineshDSouza's 2000 Mules book, has been added as a Defendant to the complaint by Mark Andrews. Mark was falsely portrayed as a 'mule' in the 2000 Mules movie and the book.
An official investigation found he was delivering ballots for his family.
Some extracts:
Plaintiff Mark Andrews, through his attorneys, brings this first amended complaint against Defendants Dinesh D'Souza, D'Souza Media LLC, True the Vote, Inc., Catherine Engelbrecht, Gregg Phillips, Salem Media Group, Inc., Regnery Publishing, Inc., and John Does.

Excerpts from storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
75. On Apr 25, 2022, unbeknownst to Mr Andrews, a Georgia resident named David A. Cross filed a complaint against Mr. Andrews with the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) asserting the same false allegations of ballot fraud in 2000 Mules.

How a 'mule' in a 2000 Mules was exonerated:
first time used a drop box ➡️ licence plate ➡️ name & address of owner ➡️ look up registered voters at address (5) ➡️ look up their voter history ➡️ their 5 ballots collected from drop box day of video ➡️ interview ➡️ sworn statement
This drop box video of an innocent voter was shown:
- in 2000 Mules while Dinesh says "what you are seeing is a crime - these are fraudulent votes"
- on The Charlie Kirk Show
- on Fox News
- in a meme
and in other interviews.

🧵Woot! I finally debunked @GAballots categorising as a failure the counting of 909 Fulton ballots (documented on one batch sheet) in the 2020 Georgia hand count.
The batch failed according to his formula which checks for differences in tallies for Trump, Biden and # ballots.
Context:
As with HUNDREDS of batches David erroneously marked as fails, he failed to allow for write-ins and undetermined ballots; they are separated from the batch and sent to a Vote Review Panel to be adjudicated, often entered into the CSV separately.
🧵True The Vote's geo-tracking analysis to identify 'mules' vat drop boxes has no merit because most of the drop box locations TTV used were off by hundreds of feet to over a mile.
Compare the actual locations with TTV's.

🧵 True The Vote could not have eliminated people whose normal routine took them by drop boxes locations before the election.

Gregg Phillips: In Georgia we actually bought from October through January 6 after the runoff.
Catherine Engelbrecht: Another key point that we want to stress here is that you see that the data set timeline extends by about a week before and after the study period.
