@nrken19 Since this is a related topic. I would like to make a claim that the majority of the lexical borrowings in Finno-Uralic languages from Indo-Iranian were during the East to West movement of the Scythians.
@nrken19 The words like dasa - which were a central Asia tribe in the Rig Veda and Avesta. The BMAC words for camel among other words seems to suggest primarily a post 1000 BCE stage of word borrowing in many FU languages.
