Plan your rounds. Buildcrelations with radiology Biochem anesthesiology. Get tests done appointments Fixed. Crib about your bosses with them ( that's me 😁) but get the job done. Be ready with worked up patients and "Rx plan" for cases. Write your interpretation of reports.
Keep a book. Write down bosses orders and see they ate done. DONT LIE TO YOUR BOSS. That's the best way

Choose your subject for Masters carefully. If you cannot handle long hours, all nighters emergencies, multiple cases do NOT take surgery. If you don't have hand eye coordination and not ready to practice skills DONT take surgical branches. If you are not ready to come back for a exploration of a case you have operated do NOT take surgical branches just because you have scored marks. You need to have the temperament to take bold decisions when your patients life is in danger and being committed to the patients care. If you find that tough do NOT take it

When we used to go for polio drives in the 80's we have faced the whole gamut of running away hiding etc to attacks - that is reality. vaccinators face. You wonder why they are hesitant for door to door campaigns @ShamikaRavi Doctors Nurses ANM's and vaccinator's etc have always been soft and easy targets. When we were young we went with zeal thinking we are making a difference till we saw first hand what our teachers warned &taught us how to be on guard. Those lessons remain with us till today.

Saturation monitoring after6 minute walk test has to be practiced from day 1-8 post first symptom. Sats drop from day 9 to 11 typically and rapidly. The conscience of every non vaccinated person must prick because if they get severe COVID they have denied another patient an opportunity for better care. Only 2 severe AEFI and 23 serious AEFI and no deaths attributable to the vaccine (zero today) whereas we have had 18 deaths today in one day !! Remember we were giving to the high risk and elderly group till today who had a higher chance of serious/severe AEFI technically and they have all tolerated it well. TAKE THE VACCINE

For those>45 if you havent got vaccination slots on online booking please go 2 the closest center with full protection - mask &eye protection & you can ask for walk in slots. There are daily some walk in slots allotted.Its like booking versus standing in line for going to a movie My Sister did not get her slot for booking today and we went to our hospital walk in slot and took it. center will have walk in slots. If you cannot get a slot take slot next day, Vaccinators will help. Only thing is that its a chance compared to booking
