Lately I have observed that weather conditions have a serious impact on extent of use of public services like a government dispensary or public buses that are cheap but have a high inconvenience cost( 1/2) I say this after listening to the domestic helps in my area narrate their experience. I consider them the obvious and regular users of such services. But even they refrain from resorting to these cheap services because of higher discomfort caused by the heat (2/3)
