Get ready & registered. Tomorrow, Tuesday @TulaneLaw Immigrant Rights Clinic w/ @myanik is dropping our report & students will present findings about prolonged & punitive detention in Louisiana: tulane.zoom.us/webinar/regist… The report looks at 10 yrs of immigrant Habeas litigation in La. from 2010-2020, that’s 499 cases. Notably we found chronic delays: detained immigrants typically endured nearly 1 yr & 1 month before filing the case & then had to wait an avg of 6 months more for a decision
