The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor revealed several developments confirming the involvement of the Israeli forces in the Flour massacre, including the type of ammunition used, renewing its call for an effective international investigation leading to the accountability of those responsible. The Euro-Med stated in a press release that a large number of massacre victims were shot with 5.56x45mm NATO bullets fired from weapons used by the Israeli army. An examination of a sample of 200 killed and wounded in the massacre confirmed their injuries with this type of bullet. Bullets of this type were also observed at the massacre site, as well as in the shrapnel found in the bodies of the wounded and dead.

After investigating this type of bullet, it was found to be fired from assault rifles such as the M4 and Tavor, as well as light machine guns like the IWI Negev.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu declared in a press conference that the war in Gaza will persist until "victory" is achieved, just one day after receiving Hamas' response to the framework agreement.
