A 🧵 about Cincinnati chili recipes.

Cincinnati "chili" is just a name, it's closer to being a Greek bolognese sauce rather than a chili soup. This Greek bolognese sauce certainly can be eaten as chili soup (many do enjoy it that way) but it's typically served over coney dogs ("cheese coneys") and spaghetti ("ways"), topped with mounds of shredded cheese.
