As I think about escalation and mitigation strategies against the culture (language and behavior) of obstetric racism, I realize more and more folks need lots of consciousness to first believe that obstetric racism exists AND see it as a primary driver in variations of care. 1/n We are NOT on the same level in terms of perceptions of the problems and strategies to reduce the problem.
