Today marks 10 years since we started our intracortical BCI trial in Pittsburgh @PittTweet & @UPMC_PMR. We would like to thank Jan for her dedication and contributions to research and for being an inspiration to so many. She is truly a pioneer! 🦾🧠🦸‍♀️
(a thread: 1/5) We are so proud of what the field of BCI has accomplished in the past 10 years, at RNEL, at many other universities, and in industry! This has been a long journey and it is great to see the field continue to expand. We can't wait to see what the future of BCI looks like!
