1/8 Someone made a post about the inclusiveness of pronouns for #PrideMonth 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 on @LinkedIn.

“As an ally, I choose to create a SAFE and BRAVE space”.

I think it’s safe to say it did not go the way she thought it would 🙃

2/8 “As a gay man, when I hear someone announce "their" pronouns it makes me shudder because it indicates they believe in an ideology that says a child can be born in the wrong body.”

‼️ Victorian Councillor Melissa Ferguson (@Melferg246) has been suspended for 30 days for refusing to apologise for sharing tweets about the harms of gender ideology to women and children on her personal account.

Meanwhile, the councillor who complained about Melissa is being hailed for her 'courage' and @abcnews is of course running the 'anti-trans' line as usual 🙄

The ‘offensive’ tweets included ones Melissa had retweeted of mine, @ReduxxMag, and @angijones, which I have included below.

All of the tweets relate to the rights and safety of women and children, and weaponising them against her is harassment, an affront to free speech, and a shameful abuse of power.

Well done Melissa for standing your ground, and thank you to members of the community like Taylah Ling for publicly speaking up for Melissa, women’s sex-based rights, and child safeguarding 👏

Someone sent me some gender ideology fuelled responses from Meta AI, so I decided it was time to have a little chat. It didn’t go quite the way I’d expected 😉
