On 25 September, an Interim Orders Tribunal (IOT) was held after the @gmcuk sought to impose restrictions on Dr Rahmeh Aladwan (Dr RA), a Palestinian doctor, due to her social media posts about the genocide in Gaza and the crimes of Zionism. At the hearing, the @the_mpts found:
✅ Her posts posed no threat to patient safety
✅ She had an unblemished record, zero complaints from patients
✅ No evidence of misconduct
✅ Right to free speech under Art 10 ECHR was engaged & protected
