Rainbow Foundation will be the single biggest shareholder of Rainbow at TGE – holding 20% of the company's equity, so token holders and share holders can share the same upside.

That equity is held on behalf of every single $RNBW token holder. We've created a new class of stock specifically to be held by the Rainbow Foundation (Class F for Foundation).

What happens if Rainbow is acquired?
The Foundation is designed to wind down and distribute its net assets (including the proceeds from its 20% equity holding) to token holders.
