NEW: Labour's handling of racism complaints is once again under fire after it emerged a member's claims that "the Jewish community plans to attack our party" and that an "undemocratic elite" was attempting to undermine Corbyn, were not deemed by an official to be antisemitic. The comments were made by Sir Duncan Michael, one of the UK's most eminent structural engineers, during a Wimbledon CLP meeting last August in which the IHRA definition of antisemitism was discussed. Sky News has obtained a leaked audio recording of the meeting.
