Let me weigh in on the migration issue. I won't advise anybody to do or not do it, you must know why. What I will say is that if you do, make sure you have support systems in place that you can go to. Migration is a big step and often living overseas can be a lonely place... If you don't have a circle. Some are fine on their own, some may need someone to talk to (a listening ear), some may need financial or family support (like daycare for kids). Always have a plan and don't let pride or prestige stand in your way, nobody knows you over there anyway.
