People who bilk pensioners out of money are not moral. And letting it happen is not moral.
Plagiarism is not moral. And letting it happen is not moral.
And stealing valor from both the United States Marines and victims of terror incidents is not moral. And far from keeping our mouths shut, the moral thing to do is to call it out.
Doing the moral thing doesn’t mean doing the moral thing when it’s easy; it means doing the moral thing when it’s hard. Holding YOUR people to account is hard. It’s hard, but it’s moral. And righteous.
It’s what makes Jews GOOD Jews. And if we’re ever going to win this fight, we MUST ensure that we don’t play into the tropes like CherylWroteIt did.
That’s not us. That’s not being G-d’s people. G-d loves truth. Not deceit. All the lies constantly told about us can ONLY be counteracted if we show we DON’T do that. So DON’T DO THAT!
Be more like @Average_NY_Guy with the Satmars. Do the hard thing.
You’ll feel better. And you’ll make our community better. It’s not the only way, but it’s the righteous way.
