🧵 Where did all the Nazis go Pt.3 Ratlines, coke runs and death squads
Thanks to the media, many of us aware of the fact the US government used Nazi scientists, some of them pretty evil, to kickstart its rocket and chemical weapons programs.
This is only the tip of the iceberg
When President Truman signed off on operation paperclip, he made it clear that war crimes perpetrators were to be excluded. Let’s say that the folks at the Joint Intelligence Objectives Committee interpreted this very liberally. More accurately, they ignored it all together.

🧵 Where did all the Nazis go part 2: The family goes to Europe, Nazis go to the Americas
While the world was scrambling to provide justice for the holocaust, many in intelligence, evangelical Christianity and government were looking to use Nazis to fight communism.
Most of my source material comes from the work of Jeff Sharlet on the Family and John Collins on Colonia Dignedad and William Branham’s European tour. I just place it in the context of other work I have been doing. Please support journalism and buy their books!

🧵Where have all the Nazis gone Pt. 1
The way I was taught history was that all the influential Nazis were either executed or went into hiding and were never heard from again except those executed by Israeli hunters.
Turns out many of them went on to have second careers.
Those careers would play a prominent role in future world history, including overthrowing governments, creating the modern cocaine trade, changing the direction of the UN, and religious based psychological operations in the US and the Soviet Union.

🧵Psychological coercion, religion and the US government
In this thread, I am going to be talking about what is sometimes called mind control, brainwashing, or psyop
The words sound like science fiction, but they are actually old and are just applied psychology and sociology.
The idea of wiping someone’s personality and rebuilding it to create a “Manchurian Candidate” was attempted by the US government, but didn’t succeed.
Instead they looked at how to weaponize social and cognitive processes already exiting which were effective at changing people.

Incoming 🧵 Jan 6., a textbook insurrection
Recently, I have been reading the CIA handbook for guerrilla warfare and psyops they wrote for the Contras. It shocked me how many parallels there were to Jan 6.
It shouldn’t have. Green Berets Ivan Raiklin and Robert Lewis…
… Patrick we’re all heavily involved in the lead up and execution of the riot. This sort of thing is what Berets are trained for, apparently on a similar manual.

🧵 Co-opting Counter Culture: Jesus People, the Shepherding Movement and the Birth of the New Apostolic Reformation
I don’t know that it’s well known that much of NAR came out of a movement which was a response to the 60s/ 70s hippy culture. It seems to also…
… have been to a large extent an astroturf by an alliance of the Fellowship Foundation (aka the Family aka National Prayer Breakfasts), Campus Crusade for Christ, the Billy Graham Empire and people associated with the Latter Rain movement.

New thread: First Earth Battalion and the Human Potential Military Clique
I want to warn you in advance, this thread is weird, very weird. However it’s also true, well documented, and very relevant for the current radicalization environment.
It’s about a cult in the military.
To give you a little context for why this is relevant for today, this summer, @jimstewartson was dealing with boogaloo bois who appeared to be connected to the army. I decided to test out a theory about their origins. They liked all these posts

New thread: the Gnostic origins of the New Apostolic Reformation
Since I started studying the New Apostolic Reformation, I couldn’t help but notice the congruence of them with the New Age I AM cult. At first I thought I AM must be influencing them…
… this in fact appears to be the case, but the fact remains that they both have surprisingly similar core ideas, namely, a highly dualistic system which sees our world in a giant battle between the forces of light and darkness, angels and demons.

I feel one point about fascism which is frequently missed is it is almost always in the West messaged as related to, or revival/ succession of Imperial Rome. This creates a continuity of thought and philosophy with European monarchy which modelled itself after Rome as well.
Since Charlemagne, European emperors have used iconography to present themselves as successor to one particular emperor, Constantine. Both Tsar and Kaiser are vernacular variants of Cesar. This is the lineage fascists want to appropriate.
