1/10 Today I introduced the Wisconsin Corrections Reform and Reinvestment Initiative. The reforms address non-criminal revocations; Wisconsin’s earned release system; and changes to community supervision. 2/10 #CriminalJusticeReform has become a national, #bipartisan issue with ~45 states who have already made steps for reforming the system.
