1/ I would like to clear up some misinformation that I keep seeing re: medication abortion pills mifepristone & misoprostol. I keep seeing it reported that these pills can only be taken up to 10 weeks of pregnancy, but there’s more to the story 2/ Mife is fda approved up to 10 weeks but robust data has shown that mife plus miso or miso alone are medically safe & effective to take even after 12 weeks of pregnancy. We use plenty of meds "off-label" safely. The WHO has guidelines & references on this.
