Now that Rui's chapter is out in the wild, it's time to turn down the lights, get out your warm beverage of choice, and settle down with our dearest autumn breeze. It's Akikaze Rui hours. 🍂🍁🍩
First off, consider this: in each previous chapter, we saw Rui being tempted by the lure of other girls and other clubs--literally half (if not all) of Rinmeikan was throwing themselves at her now that she was a free agent untied from the Acting Department.

Trust is a currency measured in actions, and not merely by words. Only the most faithful stake their lives on a vision lost to time. In the cycle of death and rebirth, who will be left standing on the other side?

Final Chapter
Chapter 9 (Rui’s chapter) begins the following morning at the start of school, near the Rinmeikan gate. Rui gets hounded by girls already asking her what her plans are after school.
First-year girl A: “Today after school, how about meeting up for a cafe tour?”

Hi! I really love Revue Starlight. Sometimes I do small translations (you can find a list of them in this thread). Rui is my favorite character! I'm also a big fan of Tamao, Yachiyo, Mei Fan, Akira, Mahiru, Maya, and Claudine!
✨💖 I enjoy discussing the game and the anime! 🐣

Revue Starlight Re:Live Renaissance event translation/summary:
Each of us nurtures our own unique talents, and a desire to display them on the world’s grand stage. When obstacles force us back, do we accept our fate, or do we craft a new stage of our own making?

Yuyuko’s Chapter
Chapter 5 (the first half of Ichie’s story) begins, as usual, with Rui, who thinks she’s finally getting the hang of these regular curriculum classes.

Pride always leads the fall, and even the greatest among us can succumb to the tempting wiles of jealousy. With a heart stained in fear, with a future uncertain, is there room on the stage for second chances?

Fumi’s Chapter
Chapter 3 begins with Rui in her classroom, lamenting how difficult it is to keep up with her Regular Education classes. She wonders what to do after school, and remembers the tragic words Tamao told her earlier. Unable to be at Tamao’s side, Rui is lost...

What happens when a legacy ends? When a storied school and a storied lineage fade into obscurity? Do you allow darkness to engulf history, or do you rise despite the coming of the night?
Welcome to the translation summary for Rinmeikan's story:

An Institution's Demise
Chapter 1 begins with Rinmeikan's acting department receiving terrible news: their department is going to be shut down.
"I am the turtle who received help from you the other day. Urashima-san, have you ever seen Ryugu before?"
Are you ready to dive back under the sea? The next chapter begins!🐢
Chapter 2 of the Beloved Days of Ryugu Castle begins in the practice room, where Tamao and Rui are rehearsing their dances for the play. Rui laments that Urashima's closing solo dance is difficult, with its shifting tempo and comical yet formal movements.

All right, I'd like to cover this Frontier event similar to the Renaissance, with slightly shorter chapter summaries.
Here's the thread for Sailor's Call: This chance won't happen twice!
The event starts with the Frontier gang having just watched Sailor's Call, a famous musical about romance and adventure with two sailors known as Noah and Marion. Frontier has been asked to put on the play for a nationally known Port Festival (I guess this is a thing in Japan).

Have you ever heard of the legend of Urashima Taro? It's not a story the Jedi would tell you.
Going backwards from the Renaissance, we'll be heading under the sea!🐢
The first step on our journey to 竜宮城 (Ryūgū-jō), the Dragon Palace, is at the Rinmeikan dorms, where Rui shows us a true form of Akogare for Tamao and totally-not-flaming-gay love:
ASFDHSHSFJJJS I GOT HER WELCOME 🏠HOME🏠 GIRL 👏👏👏
GAY:
"That's the person who helped me. Please, Dancers of Ryugu. Please cheer for my love....!"

A Holiday's Promise
"This here is a recommended shop."
It's a weekend with good weather.
Rui enjoys donuts, her favorite food, with her beloved Tamao.
On the next holiday I want to be together, too!
(1/2)
But the same shop might get boring! I'll find a new shop and then invite again! I'll search for a year! Rui determines.

Revue Starlight Re:Live Renaissance event translation/summary:
I'm way behind on the Renaissance story, but in Chapter 1, the girls are put into groups as part of their Fundamentals of Performance II class. Hikari, Karen, and Mahiru are put into group G. Maya/Kaoruko, Futaba/Claudine, and Junna/Nana are the other groups.
Each group is supposed to perform a short play penned by previous students of the Fundamentals of Scriptwriting II class. Group G gets stuck with a particularly esoteric play about the Renaissance. Because it jumps between so many places and characters, they find it difficult.

So, uh, the Renaissance event on JP is really leaning into the gayer side of the time period...
Mahiru is playing Salai, one of Da Vinci's beloved apprentices. You can learn more about his wild, flamboyant ways here... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sala%C3%AC
"Salai was a very beautiful young man, popular with both women and with men....eh? With men, too?"
