Belated live tweeting the Judicial Review of the Hallett Inquiry permission hearing. So far Eadie (barrister for the government) has emphasised the "train of inquiry" point and the fact that documents must "relate to the matter". He also pointed to the fact that the original Rule 9 application was much more limited.

I wasn't going to do this but this is far too exciting for a poor humble academic like me. I am currently listening to the UKSC hear ZXC so some live tweets as we go along might happen...
