Belated live tweeting the Judicial Review of the Hallett Inquiry permission hearing.
So far Eadie (barrister for the government) has emphasised the "train of inquiry" point and the fact that documents must "relate to the matter". He also pointed to the fact that the original Rule 9 application was much more limited.

I wasn't going to do this but this is far too exciting for a poor humble academic like me. I am currently listening to the UKSC hear ZXC so some live tweets as we go along might happen...
Headline moments so far: Lord Reed has deliberately not read closed judgments to be safe. Bloomberg criticising CA for relying on minority in Khuja. And Reed also asking if that effect on public opinion is question of fact not law, or could even be matter of judicial knowledge.
