It's been a while since I made broccoli cheese soup. I'd forgotten what a tasty and easy recipe it is. So I thought I'd share it because it would be nice to talk about literally anything that isn't Kickstarter stuff right now. [thread] [CW:food] Chop an onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic. Huck 'em in a big ol' pot and sauté until the onion softens. Add a bag of shredded carrots (or frozen crinkle-cut carrots or buy fresh carrots and shred them like some over-achieving maniac). Don't let the onions brown. Remove from pot
