🚨 NEW: Save Jobs USA has upgraded its challenge against H-4 workers with a request to the Supreme Court.

The case centers on whether foreigners with H-4 visas should be allowed to work in the USA — and more critically, whether DHS can allow migrants to work without input from Congress.

Obama's DHS passed the rule, and Pam Bondi's DOJ is defending it. Save Jobs USA is asking the court to overturn the Obama-Bondi rule.

Here are a few of the key excerpts:

"Without authority from Congress, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has permitted certain alien spouses of H-1B nonimmigrant guestworkers to work as well."

"The H-4 Rule was the first of many work programs created purely through regulation after DHS declared in 2015 that it shared with Congress the power to permit alien employment."

"The upshot is, since 2015, DHS has claimed that recognizes the Secretary’s authority to extend employment to noncitizens in the United States regardless of whether the alien is legal or a parolee. The Fifth Circuit rejects that claim, and the D.C. Circuit accepts it."

Pam Bondi relies "extensively on the D.C. Circuit’s new, unique interpretation of that, after an alien enters the U.S., Congress gave exclusive control to the executive to set the terms of the 'nonimmigrants' presence in the United States."Image

Thread!

The polls were wrong because Trump voters lie, @FrankLuntz tells Fox.

Wrong. Pollsters engaged in a malicious, systematic effort to manipulate and lie to the electorate.

One example: Quinnipiac. Quinnipiac's final poll in Georgia found David Perdue losing 51-45.

Today, Perdue is leading 50-48.

Were Perdue's voters afraid to tell a pollster (in New Hamsphire) they supported him?

Underreported tidbit from the Burisma files. White House lawyers in 2014 had to ask Burisma to stop using Biden's picture on their website as a manner of implying he endorsed the company. It looks like Burisma's results on Wayback for everything pre-December 2017 were wiped, but they missed the file for the specific photo that was apparently on the site. web.archive.org/web/2014051414…

Yahoo News whines about Chanel Rion not wearing a mask, but never said anything when CNN's Kaitlan Collins took her mask off after she thought the cameras had stopped rolling.

Really proves Trump's point about the Fake News Media. Here's the video of Collins taking her mask off after a press conference in May — after she thought the cameras had been turned off.
