It’s frustrating to keep being told we’re key, yet not being given the tools we really need.

Of particular frustration is the out of hand dismissal of introducing a statutory duty, or associated powers, for Local Authorities.

Our @CityWestminster response on this was quoted in @CSkidmoreUK’s Net Zero Review - and @UK100_ and many others have long asked for it
