OSBE/Walters responded to the federal judge's order and shared a copy of Summer Boisimier's certification revocation order.

They claim to the judge it was not revoked because of HB 1775.

Yet the order still mentions HB 1775 as a reason.

Remember how a bunch of schools with tiny populations ranked among the best, and many larger suburban schools among the worst?

Well, they say OSDE didn't give access to some key data.

@kfor Surveillance video from Owasso High School shows several students walking into a bathroom on Feb. 7. About a minute later, Nex Benedict and two friends walk into the bathroom as well. The video has no audio.

We’re at Edmond Public Schools’ admin building where the district’s superintendent and legal counsel are about to make a “significant announcement” at 3 p.m.

Sounds like EPS is asking the OK Supreme Court to determine if OSDE’s policies on accreditation are valid.

I’m outside the Okmulgee County Jail where multiple sources tell me officers with the Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police and Okmulgee Count Deputies have been in a stalemate of sorts all day… Sources tell me Lighthorse officers were attempting to serve a federal arrest warrant on a county jail officer accused of physically assaulting a Lighthorse Police officer at the jail, but Okmulgee County Sheriff’s deputies blocked Lighthorse from entering to serve the warrant.
