Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who was hired by Republicans to investigate the 2020 election, says "the Legislature ought to take a very hard look" at decertifying the election.
The Legislature's nonpartisan attorneys have said this is not possible.
Gableman recommends "elimination and dismantling" of the Wisconsin Elections Commission based on guidance it gave clerks in 2020 on voting in nursing homes.
(He also attacked Kevin Kennedy, the former head of the now-abolished Government Accountability Board.)

The case has more than 20 defendants, not to mention other parties. Lots of attorneys on the line.

"This is an unusual case, obviously. And there's a time component to it."
