To all my white followers, please read this thread and distribute widely. I am trying to explain racism and how it works daily to shorten the lives of Black women and men through a continuous burden. We all understand the vicious form of racism as shown in the violent killings of Black children, women, and men at the hands of police and others. We see that on TV and understand. But let me give you examples of the other kind of racism, the daily aggressions and humiliations, the kind that wear on body, soul, and spirit.
