Female genital mutilation is the partial or total removal of female external genitalia for non medical reasons.
In Kenya, over 4, in Africa 125, while Globally 200 million survivors are living with scars of FGM. Not just data but women & girls who were mutilated!
#EndFGM It is hard to justify the pain, trauma, complications & suffering we endure in silent.
What if the 200 million survivors were walking without their lips & noses? What if the scars were visible on the face rather than hidden genitalia?
Why isn’t #EndFGM a Global priority yet?
