#CS_are_at_Risk The draft notification uploaded on the mca portal provided an amendment having effect that the paid up capital threshold to appoint a whole time company secretary in a private limited company to be increased from Rs. 5.00 Crore to Rs. 10.00 Crore.
1/n Such increase in paid up capital is a really harsh step against those who are company secretary in employment and those who are pursuing CS Course with an aim to pursue his career as an employee.

Despite of several press release the GST implemented wef July 2017..
All stakeholders, Govt Official, GSTIN, businessmen and professionals were not ready.
This was a collective negligence, Govt failed to assess unpreparedness. 1/n

#WaiveGSTLateFees Unpreparedness of all stakeholders Triggers several changes Like revision of form GSTR-1/2/3, withdrawal of RCM and many more.
All these steps shows that how Govt and another stakeholders were unprepared. 2/n
