We are approaching the point where tens of millions of people in Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Phoenix, Vegas, etc are not going to be able to sell their homes after insurers pull out and values crash. There's going to be a lot of bewilderment. Temps in the mid 2020s could level off for a few years, after solar max and El Nino, but won't drop much, probably linger around 1.5C for a few years before climbing again. Time is short to sell property there while there are still ppl dumb enuf to buy.
