1. First things first. As per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's ADP document shared by you below, the project name is Bacha Khan Medical College Mardan and not Mardan Medical College as you mentioned in your earlier tweet. Please correct that first & foremost. 2. ADP 2013-14 document downloaded from here pndkp.gov.pk/download/kp-ad… shows that the project ID 90334 of Bacha Khan Medical College was approved on 24/08/2011 with a total cost of Rs 1717.449 million. Uptil June 2013, the ANP govt spent Rs 465 million as required for it.
