It's important to not take this at face value. Judicial Review is an incredibly vital tool for people to get justice when public authorities get it wrong. This tips the balance and makes that even harder.

This accountability grab isn't happening in a vacuum either... We've got the above Bill alongside promises to 'update' the Human Rights Act attacking accountability in the courts

At the same time we have the Police, Crime, Sentencing & Courts Bill attempting to make it harder to protest in the streets....
