It took us ~7hours yesterday to find an oxygen bed in Chennai for one of my relatives and here's what I know that works. Please amplify. 104 IS THE KEY! It really works but it takes patience which sounds awfully brutal given its an emergency helpline. We tried so many leads for both beds and concentrators but finally we got an oxygen bed for the patient through someone volunteering at 104.
