Two American kids were beaten in India, orchestrated by Indian adults. They cried to me about it in Toronto, while there with a Nithyananda Gurukul acharya as their "mentor." At the time, I was told not to bother calling the Toronto police, because it's not their jurisdiction.
Let me rephrase: two labour trafficked 13 year olds cried to me, after a day of demonstrating fake third eye powers to trick people into following their guru, that they got beaten if they didn't do the tricks right.

Just when I thought I had seen the craziest false accusation by Nithyananada cult, there's this: They are blaming my family for the mass murder of children in residential schools from the 1870s to 1950s. It's offensive to victims of genocide to use this to attack a whistleblower.
First, to clarify my ancestry: my grandad was French Canadian, and his family moved out west when he was a young kid in the 1930s. My grandma was born and raised Mennonite, a pacifist sect that moved to Canada so as not to have to fight in the war in Europe.

Throughout #mydaughterjoinedacult they show the Nithyananda and Ranjitha sex tape, but they don't mention her name. Was she another victim of his? NO. Here's why you shouldn't feel sorry for her:
1. Ranjitha is not just having sex with Nithyananda, she is also his right hand. She is behind the false rape cases put against media and whistleblowers. She instructs female devotees and children to falsely accuse whoever she fears will expose the crimes of the cult.
