The Niti Aayog, which in itself is just the pet of the Union Govt and the current ruling party released the 2020 SDG rankings today. Tamil Nadu is number 2, just 1 mark and 1 rank behind Kerala.
(+) Even if you think that there is no manipulation, you can see the difference between TN and the states like UP and double engined Bihar.

This is surreal, given that TN in did not have a very productive Govt for last 10 yrs and 7 of them did not even hv a functioning Govt.
