1/9 I’m a heterosexual man, father and grandfather to girls. I like women as friends and lovers, most of my friends growing up were female. Being born in 1953 could have been difficult but my parents were, somewhat unusually for the time, very 2/9 open and accepting of people of different races and ethnicities (my father was a docker and had a friend who was a German ship’s captain who came to our house to eat with us, so you can imagine the comments he received!) so it’s not strange that I grew up with the same values
