I could see an American Hugo Chavez emerging on the Left in a decade. This person’s base would be the actual multiracial working class, but it wouldn’t be RW at all. Rather than blame the billionaires, the American Chavez would bland whites as he pushes wealth redistribution His base would be the the service sector, gig workers, low-skilled immigrants, and the increasing number of white “lumpen bourgeoise” (think the people who make Antifa). Thanks to the media and education, many Americans are primed to support an anti-white socialist agenda.

Right-wingers are interested in building a counter culture in theory, but aren’t really interested in practice. See the intense hostility this sphere will show towards the most basic steps toward working toward that goal (giving up NFL, rap, etc.) There are some elements of a counter culture that a lot of people do IRL, such as homeschooling. But most RW cultural consumption is the same as the rest of America. Some do this because they don’t want to be seen as weird, others because they actually enjoy this stuff

I think everyone is getting a bit too worked up about the Martha’s Vineyard thing. It’s a political stunt to draw attention to another issue. Politicians do this all the time. It’s not the first salvo in an imminent civil war or anything Bussing the migrants to DC, NYC and Chicago (which Desantis has not done) has inflicted pain on these blue areas. The Martha’s Vineyard stunt didn’t do that. Of course, more migrants could change that

Conservatism is increasingly an ideology of downward mobility. This explains why cons are obsessed with no one going to school and see college grads as the enemy. our voter base is increasingly bereft of college grads and our commentariat pine for working class status. Thus, we all want to portray ourselves as downtrodden workers for a measure of status and to skewer our political enemies as wealthy oppressors. It's not really an effective political strategy, but it does make some people feel good

This is just ethnic cope. Ellis Islanders played a much greater role in turning America into an egalitarian “idea” than the old stock. 19th century America was not a liberal commune Tiny minority of Anglos that were hated even in New England. Do you think the South was populated entirely with Italians and Slavs?

Interesting fact: Northern Virginia's congressman in the 1950s and 60s was the leading House opponent against civil rights, Howard W. Smith. He was succeeded by a Republican. His old district is now the bluest in Virginia Smith represented the southern half of Northern Virginia in the 60s. The northern half was represented by a conservative Republican, Joel Broyhill, who also opposed integration. Smith's district, the 8th, has been a Dem stronghold since 1990. Broyhill's turned blue in 2018.

True. Increasingly convinced total student loan forgiveness is just a gift to AWFLs, the Antifa-supporting lumpen bourgeoisie, and the universities. The universities don’t cover the cost—the taxpayer does Don’t get me wrong, we need serious reforms of higher education and the student loan system is a travesty. But for the Right, straight up loan forgiveness is a case of rewarding your enemies with your people’s money.

Surprising figure to keep in mind: 70% of Americans don't want Roe v. Wade overturned, higher than the number of Americans (61%) who want abortion legal in most cases pewresearch.org/politics/2019/… Trump is probably going to pick his Supreme Court nom with moderate whites in mind. It's not likely going to be someone who will set off a war over Roe v. Wade

Good point, but you should acknowledge that you yourself doxed Google's primary whistleblower over "racist" emails dailycaller.com/2019/08/05/goo… Publishing someone's private emails on a national website is textbook doxing. Just like contacting a certain Breitbart alum to write a tell-all piece about several ppl you have petty grievances against.

Your "national populist" act is a total sham bro

Hey @stillgray, you say you only flirted with extremism when you were 15...

But here you are on a podcast with Eric Striker, a Daily Stormer contributor, just last year. archive.org/details/youtub…

Does @willchamberlain approve of this? @stillgray @willchamberlain Personally, I have no problem with appearing on a podcast with people you disagree with.

But Will Chamberlain believes anyone who associates with @NickJFuentes should be condemned and ostracized.

So what's his stance on this podcast?

Voting straight ticket Democrat won’t break the GOP. The Dissident Right doesn’t have the numbers to make that kind of impact.

Even if it did, the GOP would just get even more cucked. Think massive amnesty support right after 2012.

We’re sadly stuck with the GOP for now The California GOP has been burned to the ground, and it's the most cucked state party there is. The GOP won't disappear if Trump loses, it'll just be more cringe

Conservatives who insist the government must censor "white supremacist" content make the argument for government suppression of their own views.

It's a self-own If you have ever criticized multiculturalism, praised western civilization, or advocated immigration restriction, you will be deemed a white supremacist and censored.

Lib censors are not going to care about the distinctions
