Case of Enoch Burke vs Wilson's Hospital School begins at the Four Courts this morning. Mr Burke starts on a matter "of extreme importance" and claims a document given through discovery has been "tampered with". Mr Justice Owens says "we won't say it's tampered with". "You’re making serious allegations against other people. I don’t jump to conclusions in relation to it. I’m not going to come to that conclusion until I hear from the other side," he says.
