/1 I spent the last several months trying to figure out why a school district was blatantly violating state law. Paloma Elementary near Gila Bend was told by their auditors 4 yrs in a row their reconstruction program was supposed to be voter approved.
arizonatax.org/sites/default/… 2/ Paloma rebuilt their elementary school for 100 kids for $10M+ w/ property tax increases. I asked them if they got voter approval. They played possum and pretended I had asked a different question.
