Once I argued with one of the hospital run under a charitable trust, the bill got reduced by 30% (₹95K). The reason stated was - there was a lack of coordination with the doctor who operated; the size of material used etc.

The client who messaged she can only connect on call after 2 pm because of her engagement on long-call has updated her today's lunch preparation. The accountant who was asked to raise few invoices, said he was in the bank, has checked-in at his relative's house.
