Here’s a class action lawsuit for immigration lawyers in the US:

The US government has been revoking US visas already granted to Palestinians arbitrarily with absolutely no reasons given.
Exhibit A: My cousin & his wife are Palestinian parents to a US citizen…🧵 Both parents are holders of US visas and have resided in the US for years as my cousin obtained his PhD. The US government evacuated them with their child since she’s a minor. They booked their flight to California and took the first leg of the flight from Cairo to Istanbul.

I saw this post right after 1 saw a video in which two Palestinian kids, 8yo & 15y0, get shot in the street by the israeli soldiers in the West Bank. One of them fell on the ground after the first shot, and then the soldiers shot at him again. (1/5)

A few days after fleeing Al Shifa Hospital, my brother finally told us about his harrowing journey to the south. 🧵
My brother is a surgeon at Al Shifa Hospital and he’s been there since the beginning of the israeli aggression. He was separated from my family and now reunited. He had refused to evacuate the hospital even when the tanks were approaching, people were being bombed in the hospital yard, and food and water were running out. He endured the grief of losing our brother Omar in an israeli bombing and continued caring for his patients.

The israeli soldiers kidnapped and disappeared my uncle and his five sons from our house last night. They blindfolded them, tortured them, then took them as human shields. Now israel is claiming they’re terrorists, so let me tell you about these beautiful men I grew up with.

First guy from the right is Islam Ziara. Islam & I are the same age. He’s an accountant & he got married recently. His wife and him didn’t get to enjoy their newlywed life before this genocide started. Islam was taken away from his wife, mother, & sister by the israeli soldiers.

We just got in touch with my cousin's wife who fled and she gave us the harrowing details. I'm in shock.
The israeli soldiers bombed the gate to our house. Entered our garden then shot a missile at our door in the first floor. My two cousins, their wives & children were there.

They gathered them in a room, then israeli soldiers & snipers took over the guest room at the front of our house. Others broke into the second floor where my other cousin was staying on his own.They took him down and trapped him in the same room on the first floor with the rest.
