Crane (like @JenaGriswold) has a habit of lying to the public, media, and election officials.

Back in 2022, we were compelled to correct the record with Colorado's General Assembly legislators after Crane sent them a "mal-, mis-, dis-"information work of nearly pure fiction. Image

Your state election officials', and @eacgov's, sworn duty, is to make sure U.S./state law is faithfully executed to ensure transparent/accurate elections, IAW/our Constitution(s).

EAC has failed us.
Congress has failed us.
Our state legislatures have failed us.

We are betrayed. The problems are:
Fake voters, fake ballots, and fake counts.

There are many variations, just as there are a lot of variations in car theft and social security fraud.

But the evidence has been obvious for decades.

Local officials say "Not here."

They're wrong; EVERYWHERE.

🧵Scott, people who actually know wtf they're talking about re: election integrity don't tell you how to flip your hair; you shouldn't be telling anyone how to reform elections.

This list is like a Dunning-Kruger effect illustration.

To wit:
1. GOVERNMENT-issued photo ID... It MUST be government-issued. Many states have photo ID NOW, but they're bullshit like college ID.

2. NO days of early in-person voting. I realize you stuck your fingers in your ears while everyone who knew anything tried to explain this to you, but EARLY VOTING IS FOR FRAUD.

🧵Now I have. Let's review (coloradosos.gov/pubs/newsRoom/…):

1. "retained by the Colorado Department of State" - immediately, obviously disqualifying for conflict of interest.

Seriously, is anybody buying this bullshit? x.com/AsheinAmerica/… 2. "this investigator" is Beth Doherty Quinn.

And who, exactly, is Beth Doherty Quinn? Co-principle at Baird Quinn, and....former Associate at BROWNSTEIN HYATT FARBER (now Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck), the lobbyists and counsel for Dominion Voting Systems!

🧵A lot of people here on X, in the media, in courtrooms, etc., don't seem to know what the fuck they're talking about, so let me help:

1. Griswold's CO voting system BIOS password breach was SERIOUS, and it is unmitigated.
2. It went on for four months without them noticing. 3. The public posting isn't the only problem:
- They maintained unencrypted passwords in an unencrypted Excel spreadsheet
- Stored (apparently) on their network drives
- The passwords violated CISA (gov lead for election system security) password guidance known since 2009

Grok says among those really pushing early voting:
- The Lincoln Project executive director (Wellman)
- Clinton War Room/DNC/DCCC vet (Rosenberg)

Do you think they'd ever, in a million years, recommend something good for Trump (or America)? Image Key figures and developments in early voting:
- Jimmy Carter's NVRA
- Texas' no excuse early in-person voting
- Advocacy from the Brennan Center
- Barack Obama's MOVE Act

And nothing about three of those four triggers your spidey sense? Image

@Rach_IC Just as well. I can't get through 5 mins of the trial without some bullshit from the state/witnesses.

E.g. Brown "leery" (~2:26) b/c "he was breaking our contract w/Dominion Voting Systems...if... you plug foreign stuff into the server it voids the trusted build..." @Rach_IC In the first place, if the contract does not allow a complete backup of all artifacts of any election on that system, it is an illegal contract.

In the second place, the SECRETARY OF STATE violated the trusted build by installing LibreOffice on the voting system.

@Rach_IC Clerk Peters could not, by law, make the back-up herself.

As the CCR in a county w/a population of 100K or greater, she was prohibited by CRS from interacting physically w/the voting system for any purpose other than casting her own vote.

However... @Rach_IC As the Chief Election Official for Mesa County, an elected office w/statutory authorities and responsibilities assigned by the Board of County Commissioners, she was obligated by 52 USC 20701 and CRS §1-7-802 to preserve election records in her jurisdiction.

Those records...

This is for our fellow citizens, but for @ScottPresler, in particular, who, despite repeatedly calling out Ronna McDaniel for not responding to him, has similarly refused to discuss this issue with the people who've spent 3 years researching election integrity The question before us is whether we, as a people, should:

a. Vote Early! and Ballot Harvest! ("like the Democrats do!")

OR

b. Get out the vote by getting every soul to the polls on Election Day.
