Last week, I was in a meeting with 2 of the largest fresh produce exporters in Kenya. They told us how we can feed everyone all year round and have a food surplus in Kenya,if the Ministry of Agric can be more organized and serious about the sector. We have fertile land &...🧵
Farmers who are willing to be *contracted for the local market. The biggest downfall, they said, is that agriculture is still not at the core of our planning as a country even though it employs more than 75% of the workforce in Kenya. How much money is allocated to the sector?

I finally had a chance to watch Dennis Oliech's interview on Churchill Show. I have a few things to say, Des is an Icon and a legend. He might have made a few wrong/miscalculated financial decisions but he is still here and rising. The strategist in me can't help share this.
They mentioned that they have set up a foundation that will focus on peace and sports. The peace side of the initiative will mostly be around election time and ensuring people live in cohesion to avoid post election turmoil. I wouldn't advice him to do that. Let me explain why.
