For several years we have warned that Antifa cells were moving from mass movement protest tactics to small cell violent direct action, including firebombing police cars, pregnancy resource centers, and Tesla dealerships, and now attempted murder of police. These warnings aligned with the historic practice of the New Left communist urban guerrillas from which Antifa is a direct linear descendant, as we proved in testimony submitted to the U.S. Senate.

With due respect to Elon, this represents a mistake everyone is making in the USAID conversation. The left does not seize power to make money. The left expropriates money and resources to recruit, indoctrinate, train and reward cadres. The $ is not what is important to the left. What is important is the people and organization that money helps buy. The left knows that people X organization= Power. Money can sometimes buy those things, but not always.

This attack on the White House had a very specific purpose. It blew up any hope of Trump utilizing the insurrection act to get the riots under control in blue states where governors were refusing to act. Trump hit blue governors hard on getting the riots under control using the NG, but they were resistant. After the attack on the WH and the clearing of the park, pressure was brought to bear on DoD until they publicly began leaking that they would not support use of the insurrection act to end the multi-city riots.

We saw road & airport blockades last week, & encampments on colleges this week. Why? Bcuz in Civil Resistance methodology you want to continuously change up your tactics to keep opponents off balance. Ivan Marovic in "Path of Most Resistance" calls this "Tactical Sequencing." You alternate either active or passive "non-cooperation". (active is doing something you are not allowed to do like block roads, and passive is refusing to do something you are supposed to do, like striking from class.) Marovic uses breathing metaphor: "in, out, in, out."

This is an extremely interesting report from an excellent investigative reporter @MiaCathell that you should check out. One thing worth noting, is that IfNotNow was one of the first groups trained by Momentum Strategies. Who is Momentum? Let's dive in.🧵 townhall.com/tipsheet/miaca… Momentum Strategies is the brainchild of a couple of professional left organizers, but especially Paul Engler, author of "This is an Uprising," which is a must-read. amazon.com/This-Uprising-…

The Bud Light boycott is a classic example of right wing activists not taking organizing seriously enough. It can still be salvaged but we have to stop pretending politics is solely a contest of wills and ideas and not a contest of organization. The bud light boycott immediately resonated with the base. They LIKED the idea and they were having fun with it. If your side ENJOYS a tactic keep doing it is textbook Alinsky. It was good.

It is not your imagination. There is a growing mainstream effort to lionize and normalize left-wing extremism and terrorism. Is it a double standard that FBI spys on kids using the words "based" and "red-pilled" on Discord, while the Left produces Hollywood feature films showing the entire process of carrying out deliberate sabotage of U.S. infrastructure?

Sure. They don't care.

In a very real way, the FBI jujitusing a rash of anarchist attacks against pro-lifers into a reason to investigate pro-lifers is very similar to the J6 situation & Russia Collusion Hoax before it. For the better part of a year, anarchist and black identity extremists launched massive violent riots. 2 billion dollars in damage, numerous people killed. Serious people (AG Barr) were calling for seditious conspiracy prosecutions & POTUS was threatening the insurrection act.

As we have repeatedly warned, left wing extremists targeting police with Molotov cocktails was an increasing threat. See below for our situation reports on this growing tactic. centerforsecuritypolicy.org/situation-repo…

The Feds shipping literally hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens around the country in the middle of the night and then threatening to sue/jail @RonDeSantisFL for sending 50 is the perfect encapsulation of the Biden Administration’s primary ethos. The Biden DOJ threatening to investigate @GregAbbott_TX for using the national guard at the border while Martha’s Vineyard hauls migrants off to military camps is of apiece.

This is the quality of the counterintelligence they insist you cannot live without. 🧵 We need to radically reconceive how this country does counterintelligence. Not because we don't have serious foreign adversaries, but because we DO.

Wray seems confused that someone in charge of an FBI field office ought to have been exhibiting oversight over the agents beneath him. What exactly is going on over there that even basic concepts of accountability are beyond them? My guess is he'd tell you that there's some kind of convoluted system where the investigation was run OUT of the Detroit field office but was not run BY the Detroit field office because *insert senseless bureaucratic gobbleydook here*.

Thought-provoking. One of the problems with American policy is that it doesn’t want to be constrained by the consequences of its previous actions. In fact, policy options have time limitations on them. Actions the country could have set in motion 50 years ago to good effect can become bad policy when undertaken at the 11th hour.

Increasingly, the national security community is utterly obsessed with optics. “How would it look it we didn’t do X?” where X is a totally symbolic event which advances no actual strategy or goal. Instead of walking softly with a big stick, we have allowed our military capabilities and qualitative edge to erode while at the same time becoming more bellicose in response.

So the “Candle Light Vigil for Democracy” being held for the Dem’s J6-apoolza, is being organized by a group called Movement Catalyst. Whose the leader of MC? Well lemme show you. Liz Butler. Also co-founder of “Shutdown DC. Same group which tormented Rep. Josh Hawley’s wife, and held a planning call with Lisa Fithian where they discussed occupying government buildings in the event Trump should win.

The DoD routinely loses wargames simulating a defense of Taiwan, based on a strategy that was created when China was a third rate non-nuclear power. I believe we have interests in checking Russian and Chinese expansion, but we have to admit it’s not 1990 anymore. Does anyone believe our Navy (which has crashed multiple ships and couldn’t put out a fire IN DOCK) is hiding a Nimitz or Halsey somewhere to lead us to victory? Assuming the White House would leave them alone to achieve a victory? (They wouldn’t.) These things matter too.

The Biden Administration's insane effort to purge the military to force vaccines for a virus with a more than 99% survival rate among healthy young people, is easily the biggest security threat we are currently facing. We are at risk of losing the most skilled and highly trained military personnel in the world. Not just SOF assets, but fighter pilots and significant percentages of combat arms units. Centuries of combined battlefield experience. These are assets which take YEARS to acquire.

This is an excellent must read piece by @LeeSmithDC. One of the challenges: how can one say that this revolutionary street violence is administered at the behest of Dem elites, when militias (as Lee calls them) seem to earnestly believe they are in opposition to the regime (and in the case of Antifa, to ALL regimes).

As you read this piece, consider that the FBI has no category for describing a group like NFAC, because political pressure forbids them from defining it. It would previously have been defined as “black identity extremism,” an apt term which is now forbidden.

This is actually more damning than anything Anton criticized him for in the original piece. The FBI director and DHS secretary haven’t been right on what constitutes a genuine threat in at least a decade. lawliberty.org/forum/no-alter… Image Never mind role of FBI in Russia collusion narratives & attempting to frame the President, they openly lied about evidence of motives in jihadists attacks at Pulse Night Club, Fort Hood & elsewhere. They’ve botched countless investigations going back to at least Atlanta 1996.

After the Texas Ice Storms, support for “mutual aid” groups exploded thanks to positive media & celebrity supporters. But who are these groups using the cover of charity to push radical politics? centerforsecuritypolicy.org/2021/03/09/ris… At the center of “mutual aid” is the ideological notion of “dual power” which seeks to push out government authority and create alternative structures. It is the logic behind the CHAZ and other autonomous zones seized by Antifa groups.
