The grant was classified as “Financial Assistance, Non-Aggregated,” meaning USAID was legally exempted from having to disclose recipients.

⚠️ Judge Overrules Federal Law to Protect a Foreign National Tied to a Foreign Terror Org

📰 A federal judge in New York is trying to stop the Trump administration from deporting Mahmoud Khalil, a foreign national accused of supporting a designated terrorist organization.

The judge claims he needs to “preserve jurisdiction” while reviewing the case, but the law explicitly says he cannot do this. This is not about due process or fairness.

This is an Pro-Terror ACTIVIST judge blatantly overstepping his authority to interfere in immigration enforcement.

🚨 LEGAL BREAKDOWN: This Ruling Has No Basis in Reality or Law

This ruling is a blatant ABUSE of judicial power. This judge is overstepping his authority to try and block a lawful deportation in direct violation of federal law and Supreme Court precedent.

🔹 8 U.S.C. § 1252(f)(1) explicitly AND CLEARLY bars lower courts from stopping deportations. Only the Supreme Court can do that.

The Supreme Court reaffirmed this in Garland v. Aleman Gonzalez (2022), making it clear that district judges like Furman have no power to issue these orders.

Knowing this, the judge is trying to find a loophole by COMPLETELY abusing the All Writs Act (28 U.S.C. § 1651).

But the Supreme Court ruled in Clinton v. Goldsmith (1999) that courts cannot use the All Writs Act to expand their power or override federal statutes.

The law does not give him the authority to stop this removal. He is making it up.

The judge also argues that he must “preserve jurisdiction” over the case.

That is false.

The Supreme Court ruled in Reno v. American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (1999) that there is no constitutional right to delay deportation while a case is pending. The law does not allow this kind of interference in immigration enforcement.

DHS must not wait. They have every legal right to ignore this ruling and proceed with deportation immediately.

👉The law is on their side.

If they comply, it sets a dangerous precedent where activist judges could block deportations at will, even when federal law says they cannot.

❌ This has NOTHING to do with due process. This is not about fairness.

It's politics.

They don’t just rant. They don’t just spew hate. They outright say that Israelis who came to their hospital were killed.
