Next week is #CarersWeek - an entire week dedicated to 'making caring visible and valued'

However, for unpaid carers, the entire week can be exhausting, traumatic, and extremely triggering.
Here's some random thoughts on how to make the week slightly less torturous for carers: 1. Don't wish carers a *Happy* Carers Week -it won't go down well. No one should be celebrating the fact that over 6.5 million people in the UK provide unpaid care, with very little financial, emotional, and practical support. Carers aren't celebrating & we're certainly not happy
