Have to call out Aditya Mani Jha. I wrote a few book reviews while he worked at the Sunday Guardian. Used to pitch my book choices &reviews to his boss &him. Later, as happened with many in media (over political views), he distanced himself, blocked me &spread canards &lies. I am convinced that @myogiadityanath ji’s government will act upon the FIR lodged against the gruesome murder of journalist, Vikram Joshi.

But it’s darkly cynical to see those few identified &marked journalists prey upon the departed soul in the name of justice. Have a reason - At one of the NDTV debates, when Sreenivasan Jain hosted a show &i joined in as a panelist - possibily on Gauri Lankesh - i had read out a list of murders committed by goons upon journalists. It was SP lawless regime then. I was cut short, not allowed to even complete the list.

It needs to be said in as clear terms as possible. Anyone who sits on the high horse of dispensing certificates just because they disagree with someone - who is national, who anti-national, who a Leftist, who RWinger etc. - please excuse me from your list of being a ‘warrior’. 🙏 Opinions of all shades have enriched this land. Some cultural conservatives with the harshest of language have the best intentions at heart. I will continue to defend their intentions.
