So here's the thing, I haven't been on Social Media a lot these days. About 16 months ago my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and it felt somewhat irrelevant to life to be spending any extra time on my phone or computer. Instead, I have had the immense privilege of getting to know my mother as a whole person, and not just as my mum.
