In the 2nd part Mashovets focuses on the current situation in the Pokrovsk direction, where 🇷🇺command adjusted plans, leading to troop regrouping, with the 2nd CAA attacking Pokrovsk from the south & southwest, & the 51st CAA redirecting efforts based on battlefield developments. 
In the Lyman direction, 🇷🇺20th and 25th Combined Arms Armies face advance difficulties, capturing Shandryholove but failing to take Novoselivka or Yampil despite repeated assaults and counterattacks.
Mashovets provides a detailed explanation of why, in his view, the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration was the primary objective of the RuAF "Great Summer Offensive," also analyzing the operational-tactical level task of "blocking" & capturing the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration 
In the Kupiansk direction, the general situation remains very difficult for the AFU with ongoing fierce battles northwest of the town and on its northern outskirts, while the RuAF are trying to break into Kupiansk and consolidate there at any cost.
In the Kupiansk direction, fierce oncoming battles continue north and northwest of the town, with the RuAF currently trying to hold on to outskirts of Kupiansk, as well as expand their wedge in the area of Radkivka, capturing the neighboring Kindrashivka.
In the Lyman direction, situation continues to deteriorate for the AFU. In the area of the Serebrianske Forestry, the RuAF are gradually advancing while attempting to break through along the Kreminna–Lyman highway. In turn, the AFU have conducted several successful counterattacks 
In the Lyman direction, the RuAF, operating from their bridgehead on the Zherebets River, continue attempts to advance simultaneously in the direction of the Oskil and Drobysheve, with 16 assault attempts over the past day, managing to occupy up to 1 km² to the south of Karpivka. 
In the Sloviansk (Siversk) direction, the RuAF have begun to intensify their activities along the southern flank of the Siversk salient.
In the Kharkiv (Vovchansk) direction, all RuAF attempts to find a “weak spot” in the 🇺🇦defense system have so far been unsuccessful.
